    Yields 20
			Ingredients
			- 1 cup of Almond butter
- 3/4 cup of Splenda blend brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of baking soda
Instructions
			- In a large bowl mix almond butter, sugar, baking soda, egg & brown sugar. Using a hand held or stand mixer mix ingredients together for 1-2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Then scoop on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. (do not over bake these, they will harden when they cool) Let cool for 2-4 minutes on cookie sheet then place on a cooling rack or covered counter top.
